These terms apply when you visit and use the Hojo website (“the website”), which is operated by HOJO Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (“we” or “us”). Please read them before using the website. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the website.
1. Scope
These terms cover only the website.
Use of the Hojo App and Hojo devices is governed by the Hojo App’s own user agreement and privacy policy. The open-source code and models we publish on GitHub and Hugging Face are governed by their own open-source licenses; see section 4.
If you have signed a separate written agreement with us, such as a partnership or integration agreement, that agreement prevails for the matters it covers.
2. Website content
The website describes our company, models, Agentic OS, solutions and the Hojo App, for general information.
Product features, technical specifications, supported devices and availability may vary by version, region and time, and may change. Nothing on the website is an offer or a commitment. The terms of any partnership are those of the agreement we sign with you.
We try to keep the website accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all of it is always complete and up to date.
3. Intellectual property
The text, drawings, images and page design of the website, and the Hojo name and logo, belong to us or to their respective rights holders.
You may browse the website and share links to it, and you may save or print pages for your own information or for evaluation within your organization. Any other copying, modification, republication or use of the website’s content requires our prior written permission.
4. Open-source code and models
The code and models we publish on GitHub and Hugging Face are governed by the license that comes with each repository or model page. For example, the four speech models we publish on Hugging Face are licensed under Apache-2.0.
For that code and those models, where a license and these terms differ, the license prevails.
5. The Hojo App and downloads
The website links to downloads of the Hojo App on the Apple App Store and Google Play and to installation files on cdn.hojoai.com.
When you download from an app store, that store’s terms also apply. Installing and using the Hojo App is governed by the Hojo App’s user agreement and privacy policy.
6. Third-party websites
The website links to third-party websites such as GitHub, Hugging Face, X, the Apple App Store and Google Play. We do not control these websites; their operators are responsible for their content and practices, and their own terms and policies apply.
7. Rules of use
When using the website, please do not:
- interfere with or disrupt the website or its server, including by attacking it, introducing malicious code, or sending automated requests in volumes that affect how it runs;
- try to get around the website’s security measures or reach parts of it that are not public;
- use the Hojo name or logo in a way that suggests a partnership, authorization or other connection with us that does not exist;
- use the website in any way that breaks the law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the website or the law changes. We will publish the updated version on this page with the date it was updated.
